I ordered this because it can cover your entire back, even if you are a larger person like me. The heating pad is secured in place with a waist strap and a plastic buckle at the front. I'm not sure if the heat is as hot as my other head cushion, but the coverage on my lower back compensates for it. This material is soft and comfortable. So far, I have achieved great success using it on my neck and back.

This takes some time to heat up, but after heating, the temperature seems to be quite uniform. This control has user-friendly basic settings. The wires are very wide, so you don't need to be too close to the socket, but be sure to be very close to the socket.

In the past few years, I have tried several types of heating pads, and so far, this is the best wearable type I have ever tried. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall, and when I sit in the lounge chair, this cushion is long enough to warm my lower back. It is very soft and suitable for your body. Although this cushion is not as heavy as a weighted blanket to the therapeutic weight I believe, it does have enough weight to firmly rest on your shoulders and better transfer heat. It also has a collar that can warm your neck very well. Even if I wear a double belt, I can still secure it if I want.
The heating pad heats well and is easy to operate. One button controls heat, one button controls timer, and the third button is the power button. For safety reasons, there are six heating settings and four timer settings. If the mat is dirty, you can unplug the power cord, wash it in cold water, and then hang it outside to dry. Of course, just don't use it when it's damp.
If your pain benefits from heat, this heating pad is very valuable. It can be designed for neck, shoulder, and back pain, but it is soft and flexible enough to be used anywhere.
