This is a great massager. I bought this and a regular neck pillow as a gift for my husband and mother. This is the first choice. The heating function turns the roller red, but there is no heat. I am very disappointed because I must buy one with a heater, but it doesn't work. I definitely didn't notice that it only has two speeds. This book has received good reviews and has a lower cost than some other books. I may send it back and order another brand to try.
