I waited for a week before conducting a good test on this product. I strongly recommend that people like me who have experienced chronic back pain do so. The battery can be used for several hours. The heating and vibration are both great.

I tried this heating pad with heating and massage functions for my mother's back problem, but it didn't meet expectations. Although advertised as an ambitious product, it has not reached the level of practical assistance. Mom used it for three days without leaving a deep impression.
Of course, this is a good belt, but the cost does not match the impact it brings. Finally, it was returned to its original school with a simple hot water bottle, and surprisingly, its effect was even better. Sometimes, fancy things cannot compare to basic things.
So, if you want to find true warmth and relaxation, this may not be my choice. After trying it out, I only spent two cents - in this case, simplicity is better than flashy functionality.
