I won't take it out of the box - the product looks completely sturdy and durable. When I first sat inside, I began to hear some noise from the gears and things inside the Creek. So far, everything is good, but the noise is a bit annoying - I think this product should be lubricated better during manufacturing.
In fact, due to the malfunction of the first three chairs, I have already sat on the fourth chair - the quality of these massage inserts did not meet my expectations. And the price is still rising.... Fortunately, I have been using it for a week and it still hasn't torn. But with the emergence of noise, the problem of using it out of the box is imminent!!
