I bought this to solve two problems. One is my daughter's foot, which has been bothering her intermittently lately, and the other is because my own leg is tense. Overall, it has achieved what you expected. This is a large cuff that wraps around the entire part of the leg and is filled with air to generate pressure, just like a blood pressure cuff.
Advantages: It feels like high-quality material and is well crafted. Nylon buckle should be able to be used for a long time, and the entire mechanism is very sturdy. You must know when it works because it puts significant pressure on the legs. Fortunately, the pressure will gradually increase, making you accustomed to it and reducing the pressure on any part. I do think this helps alleviate some of my nervousness, mainly in my thighs. This is my most eye-catching setting. My daughter is much smaller, and compared to my daughter, the nylon buckle is easy to adjust according to her body shape.
Disadvantage: Because this is an open and close process, it is not something you can use in just a few minutes. When watching TV programs or anything else, you may sit for a while, which is great. I find it difficult to adjust the pressure to different areas to achieve better therapeutic effects. I'm not sure if it's effective for pain below the surface, as squeezing doesn't seem to really achieve the goal.
If this is the area I want to focus on, I need to use this device more, try using only certain cuffs, and better understand that adjusting the cuff tightness may or may not adjust the overall pressure. I will definitely continue to use it and try to make it most suitable for my needs, but I won't say it's an out of the box solution to leg problems, at least for me. But it is a high-quality product, and moderate use should last for a long time.

Great, but definitely not like a real foot massage... The edges look a bit sharp (plastic under the fabric), and the maximum size is about size 10 for men's feet (he has used it once and never again)... Can you rub the soles of your feet for money, so it may help with blood circulation? I gave it 4 stars because it works very well and looks great... That's all.. It won't surprise me.. I think putting more massagers on the calves would be a better massage.

I really like three different modes and intensities, and stress setting is my favorite! The heating settings are also very good, but the only drawback is that a lot of work needs to be done. Of course it's worth it, even though it was a great full leg massage, especially after I exercise, and even when I just want to relax my legs!

I have some Snailax products and appreciate their quality and reliability.
This leg compression massager supplements my settings by adding more leg parts. Due to design reasons, it may be a bit troublesome to put on and take off, but beyond that, it is a great addition.
