On the advice of the doctor, I bought a different mask, which is bulky and uncomfortable. This is a disaster. I rarely used it, and in the end it exploded. I admit, I may be too happy. So one is Sela, working comfortably!

My ophthalmologist suggests wearing a warm and weighted mask to help treat dry eye syndrome. I have never used a mask before. I must say that due to its light weight and warmth, it is quite relaxing. I believe this is helpful for my dry eyes. Yeah!

The effect is very good! My eyes are very dry. I heat them up, drop them into my eyes, and then put on a mask. It works better than a wet towel or a sock of rice.

This sleep mask is amazing! It works very well, and the cushion around my eyes makes me feel like I haven't opened anything. My apartment building has been constantly illuminated outside, which makes it difficult for me to fall asleep. Using it helps me sleep better. It's very effective, even when I wake up during the day it's pitch black. This does mean that when I take it off, my eyes really have to adjust, but I will overcome this because I can't fall asleep every day. I really like the adjustable fit. So far, there has been no problem with elastic stretching, but I have only done it for a few months. The actual size and shape of the mask itself are also very good, which can prevent light from entering from various angles. The only minor drawback is that it will become a bit greasy after a few days (as shown in the picture), but maybe it's just my problem, haha. I just washed it with soap and water, and it came out.

I bought this because my husband likes to watch TV while I'm sleeping. I didn't realize that I didn't fall asleep all night. Since I bought this, I finally got the rest I needed. I no longer wake up all night. I sleep until 5am now.
